Digital Marketing & Content Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role of Digital Marketing & Content Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our client’s online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.


  1. Minimum 1 Year Experience is mandatory
  2. SALARY: 1.8 L to 3.2 L per annum
  • Formulation of Digital content strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Manage and Handle all the company’s and other client’s social media accounts
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing client’s presence on social media
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (Content, copies, keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Write clear marketing copies to promote products/services
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Update website content as needed, familiarity with web publications
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Forecast sales performance trends
  • Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent Content Writing for the domains Industries, Corporates, Enterprises, Agencies, Healthcare & Fitness & Lifestyle
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2B/B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
